A one-pack combines the heat stabilizer with the internal and external lubricants and co-additives a formulation needs, in a single product. Compounders weigh one material instead of several, which saves time and improves batch-to-batch consistency.
We make one-packs in both chemistries: lead-based under Ducatus®, and lead-free calcium-zinc under Virichem®. Each is tuned to the application and the processing line.
